The 35th Annual AG EXPO will be held January 19 & 20, 2018, at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center in West Monroe, LA. Hosted by the North Louisiana Agri-Business Council, AG EXPO is attended annually by approximately 10,000 people from the region.

AG EXPO educates the public on the many ways agriculture touches daily lives, from explaining the food chain to the multiple uses of agricultural products. It introduces advances in technology and science being made for efficiencies in growing, harvesting and marketing all kinds of commodities. Plus, there are educational seminars and displays, Stock Dog Trials, Horse Exhibits, Jr. Livestock shows, and more! It is an event the entire family enjoys.

Title Sponsorships-$6,000

Sponsor will:
  • be recognized in radio, television, newspaper and billboard advertising, press releases.
  • be included in all promotional materials where possible
  • receive full page of advertising insert/program
  • receive use of electronic sign in arena
  • be granted two 10’ by 10’ booth spaces before opening booth selection to other sponsors or exhibitors.
  • have company logo printed on tickets and receive 100 complimentary tickets to the Expo.
  • be recognized at the AG EXPO Agricultural Awards-Legislative Luncheon held prior to the official
  • grand opening.
  • eligible to have a representative serve on the AG EXPO Planning Committee if they so desire.
  • receive 12 badges.

Corporate Sponsorship $1200

Sponsor will:
  • be granted two 10’ by 10’ booth spaces before opening the floor to other exhibitors.
  • be recognized at the AG EXPO Agricultural Awards-Legislative Luncheon held prior to the official grand opening.
  • be recognized on tickets and receive 20 complimentary tickets to AG EXPO.
  • receive 8 badges.
  • receive 1/4 page of advertising in the official insert/program; may increase size for additional charge
  • receive use of electronic sign in arena

  • Additional booth(s) $400 ea.
  • Additional corner location(s) +$50 ea.
  • Indoor Heavy Equipment Exhibits (12 units of 10 ft. x 65 ft. available - first come, first served) $600/ea
  • Outdoor Heavy Equipment Exhibits add an additional $150.00 to the price of your sponsorship for outside space (up to four units). A unit is one parking space, measuring 9’ wide by 18’ long. Four units = 36’ wide by 18’ long)Additional units (after basic 4) are $25.00 each.
