Greetings from North Louisiana Agri-Business Council!
The 30th Annual AG EXPO is right around the corner, January 20 & 21, 2012. We hope you will join us for a bigger and better-than-ever show! This event provides agricultural education and networking opportunities for residents and businesses in the North Louisiana area. AG EXPO 2011 attracted a combined attendance of more than 13,000 people for Ag Alley, the trade show and the livestock show. AG EXPO continues to grow in value for exhibitors and in stature within the state. The Louisiana Cattlemen’s Association Annual Meeting will again be held concurrently at The Hilton Garden Inn across the street from the Ike. The 2012 Event will feature: a Stock Dog Competition on Friday, a Miniature Cow Show and Jr. Livestock Show on Saturday, and educational seminars including Forestry Forum, Master Logger CE, Pesticide Re-Certification, Master Gardener Program, and Agritourism. Show management will chemically treat the arena floor and add aisle coverings to help control dust. Exhibitors will also have the option (not a requirement) to add floor coverings in their exhibit areas. Details can be found on the Booth Accessories Advance Order form. As a previous sponsor, you are the first to receive this advance notice. This package includes all you need to get involved as a sponsor/exhibitor. Sponsorship deadline is October 14, 2011, in order to be included in all marketing materials.
